One doesn't set out looking,
I say, loaded camera in lap.
The time was right,
of year, of day,
of readiness, if abstract.
Drive, then,
without direction
to face the sun,
a wrong turn
inward, to arrive
beneath the tangled eyelash
of blackened industry
in the underbelly
playgrounds
where, behold,
the glowing One.
